This command allows to set SMS Center address for the specified GSM port and to set the following parameteres :
- delay between retry,
- SMS validity,
- Timeout (in seconds) for all SMS functions.
- RetryDelay
- Retry time must be a multiple of 5 in seconds.
- The default value is 120 seconds.
- 0 means no retry.
