This command saves current CDR, GSM Authentication log and Data log files into specified files, and then if optional flag is present resets (purges) it.
This command allows to start a log for a given port.  
Backup files for GSM Authentication log and Data log are created by suffixing specified file name with _DATA and _RDR suffixes.
