Firstly you need to create a Telnet session to the UR Gateway.

Then enter the following commands:

ROS>en
ROS#sh detail
ROS#^config
ROS(config)#deb port all
ROS(config)#ex
ROS#^ada
ROS(ada)#cmd 53 19 0 4 0
ROS(ADA)#turnon 84
ROS(ADA)#turnon 53

Then save the full telnet session to a file so that it can be sent on request from support.
