This command sets/gets GSM auto registration mode.
If it is enabled GSM port will automatically try to register to GSM network, otherwise will wait explicit command (SelectGsmOperator) in order to do this.
If mode parameter is not specified command will return current auto registration mode.
COMMAND:

GsmRegistrationMode | Port index, [Registration mode] | Command status or the actual Registration mode |
OUTPUT:
Command status for set command:
"%s\n", command_status (OK | ERROR)
Or actual auto registration mode for get command:
"%s\n", mode (ENABLED | DISABLED)
