This command allows to set SMS Center address for the specified GSM port and to set the following parameteres :
- delay between retry,
- SMS validity,
- Timeout (in seconds) for all SMS functions.
- RetryDelay
- Retry time must be a multiple of 5 in seconds.
- The default value is 120 seconds.
- 0 means no retry.

| 144 to 167 | 12 hours + ((Value -143) x 30 minutes | 30 minutes intervals between 12:30 hours to 24 hours |
| 168 to 196 | (Value - 166) x 1 day | 1 day intervals between 2 days to 30 days |
| 197 to 255 | (Value - 192) x 1 week | 1 week intervals between 5 weeks to 63 weeks |
